What we collect when a family signs up, how we use it, who can see it and the services the website uses.
What we collect
When you sign up at /signup, the form asks for your name, email and phone number. For each child it asks for their name, age, school (optional), course and coding experience. It also asks for your preferred class times, an optional message and your acceptance of the terms. We also record which ad or link brought you to the site: utm tags, Meta or Google click ids, the page you landed on and the site that referred you.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Signups are stored in the Codelah learning platform’s database, which is hosted on Supabase. Only Codelah administrators can read them.
How we use it
We use your details to arrange the free trial and classes, create your child’s and your own logins for the learning platform, and contact you by WhatsApp or email. We do not sell your details.
The learning platform
Students and parents sign in at app.codelah.sg. A student’s work is visible only to that student, their linked parents and our teaching staff. Teachers record attendance and write notes after classes, which the student and their parents can see.
Services the website uses
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. When we run ads on Instagram or Facebook, the website uses the Meta pixel to measure which ads lead to signups. Fonts are served from the website itself.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Parents and students can ask to see, correct or delete their details. Tell your child’s teacher or message us.
